Founded in 2005 by Traci Sylvia, Sylvia Estates LLC has been a thriving rental business in the Canton and Fells Point areas of Baltimore City.    Sylvia Estates is a woman owned, locally run business.   In 2006 we completed our "Going Green" campaign and now 95% of all waist is recycled as well as the amount of paper used during a rental transaction is very minimal.   We specialize in high-quality rental property's that suit the average professional.   The options we give to our tenants are 1  and 2 year leases.   We train tenants on how to take care of a home to prevent unnecessary maintenance.
